Carpenter Realtors in Zionsville is looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. This is a key role in our office, ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a company, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can manage multiple responsibilities with confidence and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Support and manage a diverse team of real estate agents
  • Oversee office files and ensure accurate reporting to corporate
  • Assist with planning and executing community events
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Provide general administrative support and act as the “go-to” person for daily operations
  • Learn and use industry-specific software tools

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to various personalities and work styles
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Prior real estate experience is helpful but not required
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology (e.g., listings vs. sales) is a plus
