Carpenter Realtors in Zionsville is looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. This is a key role in our office, ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a company, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can manage multiple responsibilities with confidence and a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Support and manage a diverse team of real estate agents
- Oversee office files and ensure accurate reporting to corporate
- Assist with planning and executing community events
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support and act as the “go-to” person for daily operations
- Learn and use industry-specific software tools
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to various personalities and work styles
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Prior real estate experience is helpful but not required
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology (e.g., listings vs. sales) is a plus
