Three Chambers in the Indianapolis region – Tipton County, Westfield, and Zionsville have come together to create what is anticipated to become an annual event – the Hoosier Chocolate Fest, a 21 and over event, with a VIP experience on Friday, February 11, and a ticketed event open to the public on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at The Bridgewater Club in Westfield, Indiana.Be one of the 1,500 guests anticipated to attend this two-day event featuring a wide range of chocolaty treats. This event includes chocolate cocktails, baking demonstrations, and live music. The perfect date night experience on Valentine's Day weekend.Tickets to this event are limited per session. We fully expect to sell out prior to the event. Ticket prices are subject to change as we get closer to the event, so purchase your tickets today.The Bridgewater Club prefers that its members and guests dress up rather than down when visiting the Club. The Bridgewater Club is a private club and should always be kept in mind in matters of dress and behavior at our Club. Clubhouse/Country Club attire generally means business attire or business casual. Appropriate attire for men includes business slacks and collared shirts. Tailored button-down dress shirts are not required to be tucked in. Golf shirts must always remain tucked in. Casual dress-appropriate shoes and loafers are required. Examples of acceptable attire for women include business slacks, dress capris, skirts, dress shorts, tailored shirts and blouses, and sweaters. EVENT POLICIESSubstituting Registration NamesSubstitutions (i.e., replacing one individual with another individual for the same event) will be granted. Please provide written notice to info@hoosierchocolatefest.com at least three (3) days before the event.Food AllergiesThe HCF Planning Committee is working with vendors to provide nut-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. We encourage those with special food allergies to consider attending the first or second session as quantities will be limited. If there is a special need beyond those mentioned above, please reach out to the planning committee at info@hoosierchocolatefest.com. Any special circumstance refund request must include supporting material documenting the circumstances necessitating the request (e.g., a note from a physician for an illness, test result, etc.).COVID-19All attendees are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated and boosted. The HCF Planning Committee reserves the right to take the temperature of all guests entering the event. All event attendees with a temperature higher than 100.00 will not be allowed access to the event and asked to leave. Individuals asked to depart will be refunded their registration fee minus a $20 administration fee to cover hard costs associated with their planned attendance. If a spouse/partner also has to leave, their registration fee minus a $20 administration fee will be issued.
